There is the possibility to book different kind of Seminars or Workshops.
Either one, two days or longer Workshops in the First or Second Series with me.
On request more advanced possible.
In longer workshops for advanced participants we will work on teachingskills and trainings partner support.
If desired the Ashtanga Yoga Workshop can be combined with Ayurveda Lectures or / and Vegetarian Cooking Classes, which are held by my wife Daya, a well known Ayurveda Expert.
Also imaginable is connection of Yoga Art Exposition with Asana demonstration. Or any ideas yourself?
A nice closing of your Seminar could be also a vegetarian ayurvedic meal.
